Hi. main problem with fans is the noise. You have there a very high pitch speed, for example 100m/s and at 10m/s you wont loose
a lot of thrust, but it is still very inefficent and you have to carry a lot weight, because of big batterys. of course, with multiple of these
fans you have enough thrust. but so noisy and heavy ... lilium use this only for start. 15 secounds. than they fly at high speed and
here you need high pitch speed. will be interesting to see, when a lilium jet lift of fully loaded. they talk about they have then the power
of a formula 1 car (800-900hp). But only for a few secounds.

What a dramatic headline - Lol

Not that I want to be an old grumpy man, but maby it would be better if we kept this category "clean" for our own DIY projects. I think too many off topics easely could "drown" relevant topics. So, is it okay with you guys if I move this one to "Miscellaneous"?
