some more progress on my Arduino version of a data monitor display , So far 2 heat sensors , 1 RPM sensor , and 1 Current sensor setup .. the plan will be to swap the UNO for a Nano Version of Bare bones chip and clocking circuit on mini pcb to make he unit more compact , but as a proof of concept its looking good guys cheers , I wont take credit for this as all I did was buy the bits and give my friend the outline of what was needed and he has done this during our lunch breaks , So Just to say Thanks to Adam for the Work and putting a big grin on my face, gentlemen we have options and further proof there are many ways to skin a cat LOL ..
Even though this tinkering is on going, I'm still liking Bo's Option with the screen display so will be waiting eagerly for more info, Will post Arduino Code if requested but were ( Adam) still developing it as I keep asking to add other functions like Relays to activated failsafe stops, or Visual Display as operator warnings when set limits are reached ..
Hi.. I am using mgm controllers and they have CANbus capability for data telemetry. I am not fluent in the computer language but attached is their CAN manual. Just wondering if this is helpful. I am looking to get this data wirelessly to a phone, so if someone can help. please do.

I was looking at using Arduino to output to a voice-bite module to 'speak' these types of alerts etc through my helmet radio earphones. I wonder if your brother would mind adding a triggered output that feeds out 4-digit codes depending on a particular condition? Each of the codes could trigger a voice-bite recorded for a particular condition. I hacked one into my RC transmitter years ago and they work well for eyes-of alerts
The programming should be done. As I remember, he just had to do some testing. Last time we talked he was waited for some sensors. But honestly, I really don't know. I've been too busy to follow up on it. Problem is that he lives in Thailand and I in Denmark. So it's not exactly every day we communicate
