Eone electric paramotor

Complete weight with harness and cage (batteries not included) = 14,2 kg.
The large pulley 120 is not the final version. This is for test purposes only.

Crazy busy at work. It took a while to get it right, but some late nights and we got the final version of the 120 pulley done.

A Thing of beauty , as a machinist earlier in my career, I appreciate the work that's required to produce this from a solid billet of material. very nice indeed..:-) was this done on the CNC in the background ?

Yes, it is made on the "Nakamura-tome wt-150" in the background. But I'm only the designer. The machine operator is my friend and "partner in crime" Flemming. We are both self-employed with each our company. We have known each other for many years and periodically worked together professionally. And sometimes we do some hobby projects... like the Eone project. Unfortunately, with the hobby projects we are not always fast. At times it can be difficult to find the time when something is to be produced. We both have companies and customers to take care of. But it is what it is and the most important thing, we are having fun when doing it ;-)

LOL :-) yeah I can relate to that, I still have access to my company CNC Mill and as I'm the only one who programs and uses it, it can be useful to be in that position. but one must not take liberties so I try to do stuff outside working hours where possible.. so yep things can take a while but once my Home CNC is Back up and Running it should be easier ... Cheers Bo as always watching this forum like a hawk :-)

Hi Bo, I need to get a Gear Puller to remove the small reduction gear from my solo 210 Gasoline motor , tried the one I have and the dam gear is stuck fast, what I can say is that the shaft diameter is 12mm .. have not been able to measure the PCD of the what seem to be 5mm threaded holes which may drilled through the Starter Ring Gear ... but will get the measurement as soon as I get the pulley off the motor..

My C12090 motor shaft is 10mm so im guessing i'll need a spacer or adaptor to fit your Small Pulley , I Can make that no problem as I can machine stuff to very low tolerances ( still got the skills;-) .. I was able to measure the motor bracket mounting holes spacing and it came to 92mm vertical and horizontal.. cheers

Yes, the Eone small 60 pulley is made for a 12mm shaft. So you'll probably need to make a bush. But it seems that the motor mount is going to fit perfectly for your 12090.

Finally... it's done. Now we just need to do some more static tests.

1½ hour to assemble it all. Including mounting the engine unit on to the frame. Total weight for the entire E-PPG unit including batteries = 21.2 kg. It doesn't feel heavy at all and is easy to run with when you have it on your back. I am very satisfied :-)
